Despite a warmer than usual mid-season, the Niseko powder-machine was working in overdrive last weekend, throwing down a tasty 32 centimetres of snow in the 48 hour period. After some lovely consistent snow in the days leading up to the dump, the stage was set for an incredible two days of Niseko powder goodness!

The influx of snow seems to have spurred on some hurried repatriation, with many locally-based foreign companies and businesses settling back in, bringing a bit of bustle back to what was seemingly recently a sleepy summer town.
